LG G Pad IV 8.0: Still ultra-lightweight tablets in 2017

The sale of tablets is in free fall worldwide. The sector is divided into forced groups into two groups: the smallest tablets to watch movies and series and the powerful, those who aspire to replace medium-term laptops.

Beyond the iPad Mini and Pro, few seem to succeed. So it’s surprising that LG tries it with the new LG G Pad IV 8.0.

LG G Pad IV 8.0

This ultra-lightweight tablet boasts a lightweight 8-inch Full HD display. Connectivity is its other strength, and it has 4G LTE, in addition to WiFi and Bluetooth, as it could not be otherwise. By features, it is a good alternative to the iPad Mini for all those who look for an economic device and Android tablet.

It is Nougat the version that comes preinstalled in the LG G Pad IV 8.0, the penultimate version of the Google operating system. One of the few hits you can put is your battery, which only has 3000 mAh. Given the size of your screen, you crave an excessively short amount to consume multimedia content.

The other features of the LG G Pad IV 8.0 tablet are its 2GB of RAM and the Snapdragon 435 eight-core 1.3GHz processor. As with its battery, both specifications seem to be both short for what now demand the market for tablets.

At least the price of the LG G Pad IV 8.0 will be reduced, 307 dollars if we do the conversion from the South Korean Won, country in which has been presented and announced this new Android tablet for 2017. Mobility is its main claim but will be enough to make room in an increasingly smaller market?
