For a long time it was called Moto X 2017, following the pattern of the first generations of the terminal when Motorola still belonged to Google. Now, thanks to Evan Blass, we know that the phone will be called Moto X4 when it is finally present and a leak has left its gut uncovered. A new super mid-range comes from the Lenovo guys.
The filtration in concrete that has shown its interior also slides other data. If the data that we are going to show you now are true, the Moto X4 should debut next June 30. But let us first look inside.
This would be Lenovo’s future Moto X4
The Snapdragon 660 processor that apparently will mount the Moto X4 is the one that puts us in the line of the super middle ranges. Everything suggests that Lenovo will repeat the strategy of previous generations and keep the Moto Z ahead, with the future Moto Z2, while it will give line X a second no less meritorious place.
As for memory, the device will have two RAM options, 3 and 4GB, and apparently a single internal storage option: 64GB. Nothing is mentioned about a possible microSD card to expand it, we will see how this advances the information as the presentation date approaches. What we do see is a fingerprint reader and an NFC chip.
According to the filtration, a double camera will crown the rear of the Moto X4. 13 megapixels pairing with another sensor of the same capacity, one with aperture f / 1.7 and another with aperture f / 2.2 which makes us think that we could have some optical zoom. For the front, the megapixels have not been unveiled but we do know that it will have LED flash for selfies.
The future Moto X4 would also have IP68 dust and water protection plus a metal and crystal body. Inside you should hide a battery of 3800 mAh with quick charge Quick Charge 4.0 and have USB type C. Good figures for a smartphone with 5.2 inches FullHD, we will see if LCD or AMOLED.
