ASUS has updated line of gaming notebooks (Gamers series). It includes ASUS ROG Strix G703 with overclocked components, a display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and support for the Xbox platform; thin and light ROG Strix GL503.

ASUS ROG G703 – the first gaming laptop with a diagonal of 17.3 inches and an IPS-matrix (144 Hz) with a resolution of Full HD. The screen has an anti-reflective coating, and support for NVIDIA G-SYNC technology allows you to synchronize the monitor update with frame rendering on the GPU, eliminating picture gaps. The Intel Core i7-7820HK processor installed in the notebook is overclocked by the manufacturer and works with an increased clock speed. The video card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 also supports overclocking for even more performance in games. The patented cooling system is equipped with dust protection. With the built-in Xbox Wireless module, up to eight Xbox One controllers can be connected to the laptop without additional USB adapters.

The built-in cooling system ensures stable operation of the Intel Core i7-7820HK processor at a frequency of up to 4.3 GHz. The video card is accelerated to 1 974 MHz, and the effective frequency of video memory and RAM can be increased to 10.3 GHz and 2 800 MHz, respectively.

ROG G703 is equipped with modern high-speed interfaces: Thunderbolt 3, mini-DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.0. The Thunderbolt 3 port, implemented via the USB Type-C connector, supports data transfer speeds of up to 40 Gb / s. All these interfaces are capable of transmitting 4K video content at a frequency of 60 Hz, so you can connect up to three external monitors to the ROG G703 laptop at the same time.

Models ASUS ROG Strix GL503 and ASUS ROG Strix GL703 have an original design, the distinctive elements of which are the relief cover of the display with a metalized finish and a bright red radiator of the cooling system. In this case, the user can additionally personalize their appearance with the help of LED backlighting Aura, capable of displaying a lot of customizable visual effects.

The ASUS ROG Strix GL503 and ASUS ROG Strix GL703 are presented in three different versions. Traditional (the base version for all genres of computer games), Scar (advanced, “sharpened” for shooters, where the FPS value is crucial) and Hero (advanced model, especially for games of the genre MOBA).

Thanks to the quad-core Intel Core i7 of the seventh generation and the VR-compatible NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card, the ROG Strix GL503 and Strix GL703 laptops have sufficient performance for both popular e-sports games and for productive work in various professional applications. The configuration can be improved by increasing the amount of RAM – supported up to 32 GB of DDR4-2400 memory.

The Strix GL503 stands out for its portability in the segment of gaming laptops: with a weight of 2.3 kg, the thickness of the case is only 2.3 cm. The device has enough power to run modern computer games, including the latest projects supporting virtual reality helmets.

The appearance of the ROG Strix GL503 and Strix GL703 laptops is easy to personalize. The keyboard is equipped with LED backlighting Aura, divided into several independent zones, and a dedicated gamer unit WASD. In addition, the models are equipped with a high-quality audio system with a built-in amplifier. Automatic monitoring and adjustment of the output power of the speakers protect them from overheating and overload.

A compact gaming laptop ASUS Gaming FX503 with Windows operating system 10, equipped with a new processor of the seventh generation Intel Core, video card NVIDIA GeForce 10 series and a powerful battery, is designed for work, games, study, watching movies and listening to music. This model is equipped with a body thickness of only 2.4 cm and weighing 2.3 kg. The keyboard with the arrangement of keys like a desktop computer has a bright red illumination for comfortable work day or night.

The ASUS FX503 notebook features an efficient Hyper Cool Duo-Copper cooling system with heat pipes and two independently controlled fans designed to cool the CPU and graphics processors and prevent overheating during heavy work and long gaming sessions. The amount of memory can be increased (the FX503 provides easy access to the drives – just unscrew just one screw).
