With a weight of 1.1 kilograms and a thickness of 10.9 mm, ASUS ZenBook Flip S happens to be the thinnest convertible in the world.
ASUS has renewed its convertible with a new system of hinges that allows turning the screen up to 360 degrees to facilitate four modes of use (from laptop to tablet), but that has a mechanism called ErgoLift that improves the ergonomics of use and access to Keyboard and screen.
It also enhances its 13.3-inch multitouch display to support panels with resolutions up to Ultra HD (3860 x 2160 pixels) and support the ASUS Pen with 1024 levels of pressure.
Like the ZenBook Pro UX550 we introduced to you few minutes back, ASUS has upgraded its hardware base to the Intel Kaby Lake platform with Core i5 / i7 series “U” processors, up to 16 Gbytes of DDR4 memory and PCIe solid state drives with Capacity up to 1 Tbyte.
ASUS ZenBook Flip S has two Type-C USB ports and a tiny fingerprint reader (16 x 3.6 mm) that says ASUS is the smallest built-in one in a convertible. The sound system is signed by Harman Kardon, while the 39 Whr battery provides 11.5 hours of autonomy according to the manufacturer and a 60% charge in 49 minutes.
With Windows 10 pre-installed, ASUS ZenBook Flip S will be available this summer with a price of $ 1,099.
