ASUS Zenbook Flip UX370 is the new premium convertible that ASUS will launch at the Taiwan Computex show that starts in a couple of weeks.
Zenbook Flip UX370 employs a known design in convertibles ( Lenovo Yoga type or advanced models for the professional market like the HP Specter Pro X360 ), with a 360-degree hinged system that facilitates various modes of use, from tablet to ultraportable and Other intermediate positions that serve – for example – for presentations.
With a thin, lightweight (12mm) chassis, ASUS Zenbook Flip UX370 is based on a 13.3-inch multi- touch IPS display with two panels to choose from, one FHD and one QHD + that will offer a native resolution of 3,200 x 1,800 pixels.
Its hardware base is upgraded to Intel’s Kaby Lake processors, although it is not known whether ASUS will use the ultra-low-voltage Core-Y series to offer fanless cooling or the Core-U series to boost power over previous ones.
It will support up to 16 Gbytes of RAM and solid state drives up to 1 Tbyte for internal storage. It will include two Type-C USB ports, 39 Wh battery, four speakers and ASUS Pen holder.
With Windows 10 pre-installed and with no set price, the ASUS Zenbook Flip UX370 is expected to be unveiled at Computex 2017 at the end of May.
