ASUS has announced the official launch of the smartphone: ASUS ZenFone AR. The event will be held on June 14 in Taiwan. Recall that the device was presented at the January CES show in 2017 and was supposed to be available in the second quarter of 2017.
ASUS ZenFone AR became the world’s first smartphone with the Tango technology and Daydream simultaneously. Also, the device can boast of such a rare until 8 GB of RAM.
ASUS ZenFone AR is equipped with a 5.7-inch AMOLED-display with a resolution of Quad HD (2560 1440 dots) and a protective glass Corning Gorilla Glass 4.
The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor clocked at 2.3 GHz and graphics Adreno 530. You can choose among two RAM’s – 6 or 8 GB operational and 32, 64, 128 or 256 GB (UFS 2.0) built-in expandable memory.
The main camera of ASUS ZenFone AR is of 23 megapixel main and 8 megapixel front camera. The fingerprint scanner is also present as all other upcoming smartphones. Battery capacity is 3300 mAh with fast charging quick Charge 3.0 and pre-installed operating system, Android 7.0 Nougat with shell zen UI 3.0.
