The flagship will enter the market in the form of modifications in the form factors of 2.5 inches and M.2. In the first case, models with capacities of 250 GB, 500 GB, 1 TB and 2 TB are offered, and for the M.2 form factor, capacities of 250 GB, 500 GB, and 1 TB are available. The devices are based on the Silicon Motion SM2258 controller and 64-layer 3D NAND flash memory. All versions have the same speed characteristics. They provide a maximum reading speed of 560 MB / s and a maximum write speed of 510 MB / s. The number of I / O operations per second for random read and write operations is 95 thousand and 90 thousand, respectively. The drive supports TCG Opal encryption and data loss protection as a result of a sudden power outage.
