Leaks has unveiled what would be the first complete picture of the LG V30, a terminal with which the South Korean company hopes to compete with such important smartphones as the Galaxy Note 8, the iPhone 7s-7s Plus and the iPhone 8.
These terminals will be their direct rivals by price range and also by launch date, as they will share a very short timeframe (third quarter of 2017).
Focusing on the header image we can see that the design of the LG V30 has many things in common with the LG G6, although we appreciate a larger size, a more rounded finish and a termination with 2.5D glass that gives it a more attractive appearance.
Also we must emphasize that the proportion of the screen in the front is greater than the current top of LG range, something that is noticeable in the upper and lower edges as you can see are smaller than the LG G6.
However it is smaller than the Galaxy S8 +, a terminal that has a screen of 6.2 inches, although the upper and lower edges of both have almost identical dimensions.
Regarding the specifications the LG V30 will have:
- 6-inch IPS screen in 18: 9 format with QHD + resolution.
- SoC Snapdragon 835 with eight-core CPU.
- GPU Adreno 540.
- 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage capacity, 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage capacity.
- Double 13 MP rear camera, 8 MP front.
- Android 7.1 as an operating system.
We do not have details about the price but it is said that it could be announced on August 31st, which means that it will be available starting in September.
