Some time ago we saw some leaks that said that Google was working on a total of three new smartphones. Two of them should be the Google Pixel 2 and Google Pixel XL 2, but what about the third model?
Some media commented on the possibility of a cheaper version to cover the market range, but it did not make much sense as Google made clear from the outset a unique bet for high-end models.
Thanks to new information collected, we can shed some light on that subject, as it appeared to be a version of the Google Pixel XL 2 with a larger screen that will finally come to market.
This means that the Google Pixel XL 2 will have a screen whose size will be over 5.5 inches. We do not have any specific data, but we imagine that it will not exceed 6 inches.
It is important to note that this does not mean that we will not see a second-generation Google Pixel XL, but the Mountain View signature has simply decided to make a small change of plans and raise the screen size above the original model.
The source of the news gives the information virtually confirmed by alluding to the trust of its sources, and the truth is that seeing the trend that is being the industry we can say that it makes enough sense, not in vain giants like Samsung have normalized in its last Generation 5.8 inches and Apple could do the same with the iPhone 8.
