The presentation of the new “Seven” from Meizu left a strange impression, and almost immediately after its announcement rumors spread that this autumn the company is preparing an advanced Meizu Pro 7S, which will get a truly flagship stuffing.
In principle, the indignation of fans can be understood:
- Meizu Pro 5 had a top-heavy “iron” and excellent optimization. As a result, it won the status of the most powerful smartphone in 2015.
- For Meizu Pro 6 was chosen not the most smart mobile processor MediaTeK Helio X25, but it could still be with some stretch to call the flagship.
- But almost that budget Helio P25 (like the almost budget Pro 6s) inside Meizu Pro 7 – it’s already in any gate does not climb. And for asking for as much as 432 dollars!
It’s natural that one part of the fans already mentally buried their dream of the flagship Meizu in 2017, while another grabbed the rumors about the release this autumn of a really powerful Meizu Pro 7S based on Exynos 8895 or Qualcomm Snapdragon 835.
Meizu Pro 7S also expect to see 8 GB of RAM LPDDR4x, built-in storage capacity of 128 or even all 256 GB, Super AMOLED screen with QHD resolution of 1440 × 2560 pixels and a battery of decent capacity of 4000 mAh.
By the way, last year Meizu did “justify” to its fans the release of the truly flagship Pro 6 Plus based on the top-end chipset Exynos from Samsung. However, it is not clear whether the Koreans are now ready to share their latest developments with the Chinese company.
