No cell phone will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 until the Samsung Galaxy S9

It seems that the Samsung Galaxy S9 would also feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. However, this news is relevant because that would mean that no mobile will arrive with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor until the Samsung Galaxy S9 is introduced.

Samsung Galaxy S9

Samsung Galaxy S9 same as the Samsung Galaxy S8

Begins to get information on the Samsung Galaxy S9 which is actually obvious. For example, it claims to have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor in the United States. In fact, it is not new, or even surprising, that one of the best mobiles of 2018 will have one of the best processors that will be available in 2018.

However, the fact is that Samsung Galaxy S9 could have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor could mean that no mobile will hit the market with such a processor until the Samsung Galaxy S9 is introduced, as has happened with the Samsung Galaxy S8.

It was stated that different smartphones were going to hit the market in early 2017, as was the case of the Xiaomi Mi 6. Said smartphones were to have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, but because the Samsung Galaxy S8 was going to present later, the mobile could not be presented until after the Samsung Galaxy S8 was introduced.

Because Samsung had the exclusive of all the initial shipment of Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processors available. Due to the large amount of Samsung Galaxy S8 that have been sold, that means that no manufacturer could present any mobile with that processor until the Samsung Galaxy S8 was introduced.

Will it be the same with the Samsung Galaxy S9? Well actually. Because the news is not only that the Samsung Galaxy S9 will have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, but again, the entire initial shipment of Qualcomm processors will be exclusive to Samsung. It will depend on the launch date of the Samsung Galaxy S9 the launch of the mobile with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. And probably the mobile will not be presented in January. The logical thing is that the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S9 is in March, April or May.
