Today is the day of the official presentation of Samsung Galaxy Note 8, a long awaited terminal with which the South Korean company hopes to be able to redeem itself of the disaster that lived last year with Galaxy Note 7.
As you know those who read us usually said terminal had a serious problem with batteries that involved a risk of explosion, which forced to carry out a total withdrawal from the market and call back the units sold. We hope that the problem is not repeated with Samsung Galaxy Note 8, a terminal that we will detail in this article, where we will follow up live the event of presentation of the South Korean company.
Samsung has started in a very successful way, recognizing its error with the Galaxy Note 7 and thanking all its fans for the understanding and the support that they lent to them when they needed it the most.

That differentiation by size of screen that Samsung does allows us to see clearly the evolution that has lived the smartphone sector during the last years and for shows a button, the first Galaxy Note had a screen of 5.3 inches, almost the same size as the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S7 (5.1 inches).

- 4G LTE Cat. 16 modem and WiFi AC.
- Resistance to dust and water (IP68 certification).
- Android 7.1.1 as an operating system.
All the rumors that we have seen so far have been confirmed as we can see in the list of specifications, and also in regard to design and construction materials since the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is finished in metal and glass. It also has the classic fingerprint reader and the rumored iris scanner.
The S Pen (optical pen) remains one of the great distinctions of the Samsung Note series. The company has confirmed some interesting news that you can see described in the attached image.
Among them we can highlight Live Message, which opens new forms of communication, and improved translation, which allows you to quickly translate words or complete sentences in 71 languages just by bringing it closer to the text. It also instantly converts foreign currencies and units.
Special mention deserves Samsung DeX, an accessory that works as a dock and allows to use the smartphone with a monitor, a keyboard and a mouse. This feature offers many possibilities ranging from editing documents and viewing presentations to enjoying games and viewing content directly from the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 on a larger screen with a tailored interface.
Availability and price of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8
The new phablet star of the South Korean company will be available from September 14 with a price of 1,192.14 dollars, although it can be booked from today.
Those who choose to make the reservation will be given a Samsung Dex gift to be able to take advantage of the convergence between desktop and smartphone that we talked about in previous paragraphs.
As we see the rumors that pointed to a high price have been fulfilled, since to be able to buy Samsung Galaxy Note 8 we will have to pay more than 1,100 dollars.
