Last year the Chinese company came as a big surprise with the launch of Xiaomi Mi MIX, a terminal with a large format screen that marked a before and after. Its successor, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, has been rumored for a while but today we had the opportunity to see the first image of a prototype that shows us the design for which the Asian firm is betting.
That supposed image of the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 shows us a design that reminds us of the basic lines of terminals like the iPhone and the OnePlus 5, mainly by the rounded forms and by the finished metal frame, but it does not stand out from both offering a Finished entire screen that rises even above what we have seen in the Galaxy S8 and LG G6, as it almost completely eliminates the edges in the upper and lateral sides.
As we can see there are no loudspeakers calling, which suggests that the Chinese firm will maintain its commitment to a piezoelectric system that transmits sound by vibrations on the glass, and that the proximity sensor will be replaced by an ultrasonic transmitter.
So far so good, but we have a doubt and is where Xiaomi has thought to place the front camera, an issue that is currently answered because the bottom frame is too small to be able to place it there.
It is expected that the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 debuted sometime in September with a price of 750 dollars to change. According to the latest information these will be your specifications:
